Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is one of the most important italian red wines.
It is made from Sangiovese (red) grape, the notorious grape of Tuscany. (Prugnolo gentile is the clone used for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano)
It matures 2 year in cellar before being commercialized (3 year for the Riserva version).
